BASELWORLD 2008 breaks all records

| Another record year: BASELWORLD 2008 closed its doors today after eight extremely successful days. The 2,087 exhibiting companies from 45 countries were thrilled at the record figure of 106,800 visitors (up 5%) to the Show from around the world. The World Watch and Jewellery Show exceeded the highest expectations. |

| The World Watch and Jewellery Show BASELWORLD will take place from April 3 – 10, 2008 in Basel. It will be opened by Swiss Economics Minister Doris Leuthard. For the 2,087 exhibiting companies and over 100,000 visitors from all over the world, BASELWORLD 2008 is the highlight of the watch and jewellery calendar. |
