The Glion Institute of Higher Education presents its Meilleurs Ouvrier de France
Wassermann & Company is cooperating with the renowned Glion Institute for the catering at Baselworld 2019. The culinary concept for selected restaurants was developed by three of the Institute’s award-winning masters: Chantal Wittmann, Fabien Foare and Benoît Carcenat. Their signature style is evident in the concepts and menus of the Central Plaza Restaurant (Hall 1.0), as well as at La Table d’Hôte Restaurant (Hall 1.1). All three will be personally present from time to time.
The Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF)
Chantal Wittmann, Fabien Foare and Benoît Carcenat have taught at the Glion Institute since 2017. Each holds the title Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF), a coveted award that has been conferred to masters in various metiers every four years since 1924 by the French Ministry of Labour and the “Société des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France”.
