Extra time for gentlemen

Chopard's elegant L.U.C Quattro timepiece radiates an aura of extreme distinction

The elegant L.U.C Quattro timepiece with its extremely generous 9-days power reserve continues its ongoing transformation. With its vertical satin-brushed blue dial framed by a white gold case, the latest version, limited to 50 pieces, expresses a subtly different spirit through the use of a hue radiating an aura of extreme distinction. The Swiss manufacture has opted for a shade of blue and a tasteful aesthetics inspired by English private clubs.

Chopard L.U.C QuattroIn every aspect, the new L.U.C Quattro mirrors Chopard’s inherent L.U.C fine craftsmanship. The notably slim white gold case (8.84 mm) houses a manual-wound movement consisting of 223 components despite only measuring 3.7 mm in height that was entirely developed, produced and assembled in Chopard’s Fine Watchmaking workshops. Equipped with the brand’s patented Quattro technology comprising four barrels, the L.U.C 98.01-L calibre stores enough energy to operate for 216 hours, or roughly 9 days. This exceptional autonomy is shown on the dial by a power reserve indicator at 12 o’clock.

Another sophisticated key characteristic of the calibre is its concentric date and small seconds display in a counter at 6 o’clock. The C.O.S.C.-chronometer-certified movement’s entirely hand-crafted finishes meet the quality requirements of the Poinçon de Genève.
